Returns

If you have any problems with your product/s, want to exchange or refund your item, or if there is something else you want to contact us about, we ask that you simply send us an email or message on social media to resolve any issues.

We are so confident that our products are high-quality and that customers will love what they receive, that if by chance, a customer isn't satisfied with a product, and wants their money back, they can simply send the product back to us and we will refund the purchase price of the product.

To do this, we simply ask:

  1. The item/s are in a sellable condition
  2. Item/s are unworn with original tags and packaging
  3. You contact us within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund

Once the product is received, it will be inspected to ensure conditions are met, and money will be refunded in a timely manner if everything is satisfactory.

 

Exchanges:

 

If you wish to exchange a product that is the wrong size or wasn't what you expected for another product, our only conditions are that:

  1. The item/s are in a sellable condition
  2. Item/s are unworn with original tags and packaging
  3. You contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for an exchange
  4. The customer pays for any difference in price between the product they have and the product they are exchanging for

(Customer is responsible for sending item back to us for exchange, and will have to pay for shipping costs of the product they are exchanging for.)

 

Faulty, Damaged or Received Incorrect Order:

If you have any issues such as a faulty or damaged products, or if you received something that wasn’t what you ordered, just simply contact us via email or social media, and we will respond in a timely manner and do anything we can to help resolve any problems that may have occurred.
